We look at how you want your guests and family to feel and how you want to include them in your ceremony. I listen to you deeply as you tell me what you want to do and say in your ceremony.

We correspond through email exchanges and phone calls. I supply ideas for vows, rituals, cultural customs, readings and structure. You receive a personalized questionnaire that I use to help craft your ceremony and tell your story.

I compile all the elements that you want in your ceremony into a first draft. These may include vows, readings, rituals, cultural customs, structure and timing. New ideas usually arise, if so, I edit — I work until I get every nuance and word exactly right and you are always in charge.

A second draft of your ceremony is written, I will provide unlimited ceremony scripts, until we get your ceremony just the way you want it; nothing is left to improvisation.

I discuss your ceremony with your musicians, photographers, caterers and venue staff, coordinating and organizing so everything runs smoothly and everyone works constructively together.

Once you approve the ceremony script I rehearse my delivery. I aim for clarity, warmth, pace and structure as I express your love and honor your commitment.

On the day, I arrive one half hour early, checking in with you and your partner, friends and family. I meet and organize with all vendors and staff, hand out music cue sheets, and discuss key moments with photographers and review what the Wedding Party will be doing during the ceremony. Your ceremony is performed with grace, dignity, clarity and warmth. I am there to guide both of you through your ceremony. The Marriage License is signed and I take care of all legal requirements and keep your records for seven years.
